Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The exact timeline for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Refunds

Bookings cancelled within the free cancellation window (as specified at the time of booking) will receive a full refund if prepaid. Late cancellations may incur a fee as outlined in our cancellation policy. No-show bookings are generally not eligible for refunds.
